Explanation

OTT (Over-the-Top) is the delivery of film and TV content over the internet, bypassing traditional cable, satellite, or broadcast TV. The term comes from delivering content "over the top" of existing internet infrastructure. Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and all major streaming services are OTT services.
