GeoLeap is a streaming content discovery platform that helps users find where movies and TV shows are available across different countries and streaming services. We do not host or provide streaming content ourselves.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, your account will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

Our Service displays information about content available on third-party streaming platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeoLeap be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GeoLeap operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
