About Sky Go

Sky Go is the companion streaming application for Sky subscribers, allowing them to watch their Sky subscription on laptops, tablets, smartphones, and select smart TVs when away from their main TV. Sky Go is available wherever Sky operates: the UK (Sky UK), Ireland (Sky Ireland), Germany (Sky Deutschland), Italy (Sky Italia), and Austria. It is not a standalone streaming service - a valid Sky subscription is required. Sky Go Extra, a paid add-on in some markets, allows downloads for offline viewing. In New Zealand, Sky Go is an entirely separate service operated by Sky New Zealand (no relation to Sky UK).

Key Features

  • Included free with Sky subscription
  • Watch on up to 2 devices simultaneously
  • Live and on-demand Sky channels
  • Sky Go Extra for downloads (paid add-on)
  • Available on iOS, Android, Mac, PC, and select smart TVs

Streaming in South Korea

South Korea produces some of the most-watched content on Netflix globally (Squid Game, Kingdom). Domestic platforms Wavve, Watcha, and TVING (CJ ENM) compete with international services for Korean viewers.
