About NPO Start
NPO Start is the on-demand streaming service of the NPO (Nederlandse Publieke Omroep), the Netherlands' public broadcaster. It offers free access to live streams of NPO 1, NPO 2, and NPO 3, plus a large archive of Dutch TV programmes. NPO Start Plus is a paid subscription (~€3.95/month) that removes advertisements, provides early access to new episodes, and offers extra content. The platform carries selected sports coverage including Dutch national football team matches and the Olympic Games. NPO Start is geo-restricted to the Netherlands and is funded by the Dutch government.
