Explanation

HD (High Definition) refers to video at 720p (1280×720) or 1080p (1920×1080) resolution. 1080p is also called Full HD or FHD. Most streaming services default to HD when network conditions allow. HD requires approximately 5–8 Mbps for smooth playback.
